Lexahome sells decorative homeware and craft items, including handmade Jesmonite décor, trinket dishes, holders, trays, candle accessories, and selected craft kits. Ordering and payment

Prices for direct UK orders are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes are included in the price presented to UK consumers unless clearly stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown in checkout; we do not ask customers to pay by an unverified link, bank password, or messaging-app instruction.

After you submit an order, we send an acknowledgement to the email address used at checkout. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and will not charge you for an unavailable item, or will refund any payment taken as appropriate. Delivery, returns and customer rights

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Those terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

These terms apply to orders placed on lexahome.shop. Orders placed through Lexahome on Etsy are governed by the marketplace order terms and the listing shown at the time of purchase. We do not describe Etsy's delivery options or buyer protections as direct-site terms.

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms displayed when you place an order remain the terms that apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Availability and product choices

We may correct a genuine listing error, including an incorrect price, image, availability status, or variant information, before accepting an order. We will not substitute a different product, colour, or variant without your agreement. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate refund or another option that you may choose to accept or decline.
