Do handmade items vary?
Yes. Handmade items can have individual differences in colour, marbling, texture, pattern, and finish. The product listing should describe the actual product and option. A handmade characteristic does not excuse a material difference, damage, or an item that is not as described.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

What if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described?
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details. We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not removed by the 21-day voluntary return window or by a lack of original packaging.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us with the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability and any price difference before an exchange is arranged.
When will I receive a refund?
For an eligible return, we aim for the customer to receive a refund within 7 calendar days after we receive the return or applicable proof that it was sent back. Refunds normally go to the original payment method. See the Return and Refund Policy.
Which payments do you accept?

Can I change an order after paying?
Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and requested correction. We will check whether it can be changed before dispatch. If it has already moved into delivery, the applicable cancellation and return rights still apply.
Is the registered office a shop or return counter?
No. It is the registered business correspondence address. We give postal return instructions for the relevant order after you contact us. Do not travel to or send a parcel to the address unless we explicitly tell you to do so.
