Payment Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through lexahome.shop.

Prices and checkout total

Prices for direct UK orders are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the total you will pay before you place the order. Free standard UK shipping applies to the direct-store shipping service shown in our Shipping Policy; do not rely on delivery terms from another sales channel.

Any applicable taxes are included in the price presented to UK consumers unless clearly stated otherwise. If your payment provider uses another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or fee; that is separate from the product price shown by Lexahome.

Payment methods and security

Use only the payment methods displayed in the official website checkout. The payment provider may request security checks from your bank or payment account. We will not request your card number, security code, online-banking password, or one-time verification code by email, phone, social media, or a messaging app.

If a payment attempt appears to fail or remain pending, avoid placing repeated orders immediately. Contact support@lexahome.shop with the order reference or checkout email address so we can help identify whether an order was created. A bank authorisation can be different from a completed order payment.

Confirmation, cancellations, and refunds

After a direct order is placed, the checkout email address should receive an order acknowledgement. Contact us promptly if a delivery address or order detail needs correction. We will check whether the order can still be changed or cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds for eligible returns are handled under the Return and Refund Policy. We aim for the customer to receive an eligible refund within 7 calendar days after receipt of the return or applicable proof of return. Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.

Etsy purchases

Etsy payment methods, charges, refunds, and buyer protections apply to Etsy orders. For an Etsy purchase, use the order record and payment information shown by Etsy rather than this direct-store policy.

Payment authorisations and order checks

Your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorisation, ask for additional authentication, or decline a payment. A bank authorisation is not always the same as a completed order. We may carry out proportionate checks to protect customers and the business from fraud; if we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and handle any payment taken appropriately.

Avoiding payment scams

Use payment methods shown only in the official direct-store checkout. We do not ask customers to pay an invoice through an unexpected link, send a transfer to an unverified person, disclose a one-time authentication code, or provide a full card number to customer support. If an email or message appears suspicious, do not use its links; visit the site directly and contact us.

Pricing corrections and promotions

Any promotion, sale price, or comparison price shown for a direct product must be displayed clearly at the time of purchase. We may correct a genuine technical or typographical error before accepting an order, and will explain the position rather than charging an undisclosed amount. The checkout total is the amount you should review before submitting payment.
