Delivery information
Free standard UK delivery to your delivery address, with no minimum spend. Estimated total delivery: 6–8 business days, comprising 1 business day handling and 5–7 business days carrier transit, Monday–Friday excluding UK public holidays. Order cut-off: 12:00 AM (midnight), London time, as set out in our shipping policy.

21-day returns from delivery for defective and non-defective products, including new and slightly used items. Returns are by post; customers pay change-of-mind return postage. No restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us for the return instructions and address.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us before paying postage so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. We aim for eligible refunds to reach the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receipt of the return or, where applicable, evidence of posting. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
