For an existing direct order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a product enquiry, send the product link or product name. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, or one-time security codes.

Returns and delivery help

Direct-store support

For direct UK orders, standard shipping is free and the full estimate is 6–8 business days. We accept defective and non-defective returns within 21 days from delivery; customers pay change-of-mind return postage and there is no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are aimed to reach the customer within 7 calendar days after receipt of the return or applicable proof of posting. Free standard UK delivery to your delivery address, with no minimum spend. Estimated total delivery: 6–8 business days, comprising 1 business day handling and 5–7 business days carrier transit, Monday–Friday excluding UK public holidays. Order cut-off: 12:00 AM (midnight), London time, as set out in our shipping policy.

Returns & refunds

21-day returns from delivery for defective and non-defective products, including new and slightly used items. Returns are by post; customers pay change-of-mind return postage. No restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us for the return instructions and address.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us before paying postage so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. We aim for eligible refunds to reach the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receipt of the return or, where applicable, evidence of posting. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
