Secure Checkout

Using the official checkout

Use the checkout reached directly from lexahome.shop. Before entering personal or payment information, check that your browser shows the correct website address and a secure HTTPS connection. Modern browsers use TLS encryption for HTTPS connections; this helps protect information in transit, but it is not a guarantee against every possible fraud or security issue.

Payment information

Payment details should be entered only into the payment fields shown in the official checkout. We do not need your full card number, card security code, banking password, or one-time authentication code to answer a customer-service query or arrange a return. Do not send those details through email, social media, or the contact form.

If something looks wrong

Stop and check before entering information if you see an unexpected web address, an unusual payment instruction, or a message asking for sensitive information outside checkout. Contact support@lexahome.shop or use our Contact page and describe the issue without including sensitive credentials.

If you believe payment credentials have been exposed or a payment is unauthorised, contact your bank or payment provider through its official route immediately. Contact us as well if a direct Lexahome order is involved so we can investigate the order record.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Payment Policy for information about personal data, preference controls, order totals, and refunds.

Account and device precautions

If you create a customer account, use a strong unique password and keep the email account connected to it secure. Sign out after using a shared device. Keep browser and device software current. A display name in a message does not prove who sent it; check the full sender address and the destination URL.

What security does and does not mean

HTTPS/TLS helps protect information sent between your browser and the site. It does not certify a product, remove the need to review price and policy information, or guarantee that every device, email, or third-party service is risk-free. We do not claim a security badge, certification, or absolute protection that has not been verified.

Reporting a concern

If you think a direct-store order, account, or checkout has been affected by misuse, contact support@lexahome.shop with a safe description of the issue. Also contact your bank or payment provider through its official contact route for an unauthorised payment or exposed credential. Do not include passwords, card security codes, or one-time codes in your message to us.
